Healthy Kids fact sheets and poster for children and teens (5 - 12 years)
Healthy Kids offers a range of fact sheets that promote healthy eating and physical activity and limit small screen recreation. These are listed in the blue box on the right hand side of this page. The colourful A3 poster features the 5 ways to a healthy lifestyle graphic. The information on the fact sheets is relevant to children (five years and over) and teens.
The colour-printed fact sheets are a FREE resource for anyone living in New South Wales to order. A maximum of 500 per fact sheet and up to 50 posters may be ordered. Should you require more than this, please send us an email via the Contact page to list what items and quantities you need and why.
Fact sheets for schools, community groups and sporting clubs
A separate Healthy Kids fact sheet has been developed for schools, sporting clubs and community groups. These three fact sheets are listed below in the online ordering box and can be viewed by clicking here.
Munch and Move resources for early childhood services (children 0- 5 years)
Early childhood services are advised to order the Munch and Move fact sheets and poster rather than the Healthy Kids resources. The information contained in the Munch and Move resources is relevant to children birth to five years of age and have been designed specifically for the early childhood services (fact sheets for families and the poster for display in the service). The Munch and Move resources can be viewed and downloaded by clicking here. The Munch and Move Order Form can be accessed by clicking here.
