Munch & Move Program Training

The Munch & Move program offers free professional development to educators and service leaders working in early childhood services in NSW.

  • Would your long day care, preschool, occasional care service or family day care service like support meeting the National Quality Standard’s Standard 2.1 Each child’s health and physical activity is supported and promoted?
  • Would you like to know more about the Australian Dietary Guidelines and the Physical Activity Recommendations for children?

Program Training Information

The Munch & Move eLearning program training is a self-paced online training package that provides educators with the knowledge, skills and resources to implement the Munch & Move program in their service.

Healthy Menu Planning Training

Munch & Move Healthy Menu Planning Training is based on the Caring for Children resource. It is available in workshop or webinar format. More information including training topics and eligibility is on the page below.
