Munch & Move Case Studies

Munch & Move is more than just a training program. If your service is participating in Munch & Move you will be provided with ongoing support from your Local Health District (LHD) Munch & Move Support Officer. The type of support varies across each LHD, however all LHDs make contact with services after the Munch & Move training to provide additional resources and advice that helps services to implement and maintain the program.

Munch & Move Support Officers have been very impressed by the fantastic physical activity and healthy eating activities that are taking place in Munch & Move services across NSW. Some of these have been captured in the case studies below.

Fit Kidz Learning Centre

Since the implementation of the program the service has seen an increase in requests for fruit and vegetables from the children.
